Hot Stones

The river stones are gemstones of nature origin well known for their heat retaining abilities and for conducting the energy. The warm stones massage will not only relax the muscles and ease the tensions. But will also facilitate the energy flow whiting the body giving you a total state of well being our sacred stone massage  provides a unique warm shooting and restorative treatment.

Reflexology

A noon medical session of reflexology where the therapist will activate the reflex points on your feet, deeply relaxing the tension throughout the body an ancient art of healing and well being, connecting and balancing the body’s energy channels.

YA’AX Hydratation Facial

(50 minutes)
This is a treatment created for the skin, to get the ability to withhold water, helping to revitalize and protect the aging signs of dehydrated skin, adding freshness and softness.
This treatment it´s suggested for regular skin with a for normal skin or with a propensity to get dry, for all ages and any time of the year, especially when your skin is going to be exposed to the sun.

Comfort and efficacy for Male skin. It is an exclusive line of products created to provide answers to all the needs and cares of the male skin. These products are made of natural components with soft textures for easy assimilation which will result in a more simple, nice and comfortable daily care.

Pure T Skin

Balance for Oily skins. Purify skin with acne, providing a uniform and clean texture and free of black spots, providing a balanced skin in water and oil.

Express Beauty

YA’AX Mayan Exfoliation

(30 minutes)
A warm exfoliation by a selected blend of native herbs, oat and herbal oils is applied and massaged into the skin. The deep penetrating effect of these herbs nourish the skin and restore an energetic glow.

Coffee and Nuts Exfoliation

(30 minutes)

Firming Body Wrap

(50 minutes)

Sun and Sea Treatment

Spa Information

Age requirements:
Minimum age required is 16 years old and up

Admission:
The access to the YA’AX SPA facilities is complimentary for our guests, as long as they buy any spa treatment , if you want to use our YA’AX ROOM, wet areas, or sensorial floor, we will apply a fee of $7 usd per day.

We suggest you to set up an appointment for your spa service. At the extension 6807.

The spa team will gladly assist you.

Please notify the therapist about any medical or non medical condition you have that might influence the treatment: heart problems, allergies, claustrophobia, any skin condition or sensitivity, pregnancy, muscles or bone conditions, hormonal problems, respiratory problems, recent surgery, back injury or any other medical restriction for spa treatments.

It is contraindicated to have any spa treatment while being under the influence of alcohol or any drugs that will affect your alertness.

In an effort to maintain a peaceful environment, the spa is a non smoking area; we also ask you to switch off your mobile phones or to use silent mode; any mobile phone calls should be taken in the reception area only.

In order to respect the privacy of our guests, is not allowed to take pictures or videos in the spa area is strictly forbidden.

To start to enjoy your spa experience we highly recommend to arrive 30 minutes earlier of your appointment.

Please keep in mind that arriving late for your treatment will limit the total treatment time so that other guests will be not be inconvenienced.
If you have any preference for a male or female therapist, we encourage you to specify upon making the reservation and we will do our best effort to accommodate your request.

Gratuities are the matter of your personal discretion and should reflect the level of your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to other guests and our services providers,
please give 4 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Less than 4 hours notice for cancellations or “no shows” will result in a penalty of 100 % of the treatment price.
